This full-day seminar will focus on offering CCRC providers a thorough review of the CARF-CCAC and aging services standards, as well as helpful tips on how to best prepare for an onsite survey. The practical application of the standards will be stressed throughout the program and examples of conformance will be highlighted.

• Receive an overview of the entire survey process and understand how you can plan for and maximize the benefits of accreditation.
• Determine areas of the standards where your organization can improve in order to conform and hear strategies to get the most return on investment from this process.
• Recognize the value of accreditation for your organization, consumers and the general public.

Strength-Based Leadership is a leadership practice based on the premise that the role of a leader is to identify an individual’s talents to transform that potential into greater engagement, performance, and ultimately, results.
