T, N

Strength-Based Leadership is a leadership practice based on the premise that the role of a leader is to identify an individual’s talents to transform that potential into greater engagement, performance, and ultimately, results. This unique approach to leadership is especially valuable as aging services providers struggle with retention efforts and seek to identify more effective management tools and techniques. This exceptional workshop features Francis Battisti, recognized across the country for his long-term care and organizational transformation expertise.

  • Recognize the core principles of strength-based leadership and discuss the role of the leader in identifying an individual’s talents and transforming those talents into exceptional performance.
  • Obtain tools, examples, strategies and work plans to apply strength-based leadership in your organization.
  • Learn how to conduct a “strength identification” interview in order to maximize the unique talents your direct reports bring to your organization.
